Edward is a Civil Engineering Masters graduate from the University of Waterloo specializing in Transportation Engineering, and received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Edward has considerable experience working in large airfield rehabilitation programs in Canada and the Caribbean. Moreover, key highlights indicate the involvement in the planning, design, construction, and management stages of roadway and airfield pavement restoration projects, with constant focus on sustainability and constructability.

The aviation industry is small but full of passionate professionals from which Edward is no exception. Edward is responsible for the design, coordination, construction management, inspection, and close out of transportation projects, focusing on public safety and the client’s expectations as priority.
