Jeffrey is a professional engineer with a wealth of experience in both aviation and transportation engineering since graduating from the University of Calgary in 2012. With a keen understanding of airport operational needs, he is uniquely capable of both groundside transportation and airside projects. His areas of expertise include airside design, planning and construction, pavement rehabilitation, roadway and streetscaping, pedestrian and cyclist facilities, parking and revenue controls, signage design and traffic accommodation among many others.

Passionate, practical and innovative, Jeffrey takes a holistic design approach to strike the optimal balance between capital cost, constructability, operational impact, resiliency, maintenance, snow clearing, lifecycle requirements and future expandability. As a Project Engineer, Jeffrey is responsible from conceptual planning, through design and specifications, to tendering and construction, while keeping the client’s best interests in mind.
