Carmine has led numerous airfield Project Management, Planning, Design and Construction assignments for large and small scale aviation projects at various airports across the world. With over 20 years of direct aviation experience, Carmine has a clear understanding of all the standards and regulations to deliver effective and safe solutions for a diverse range of airfield engineering projects. Carmine thrives on the energy of project pursuits, client satisfaction and getting things done to the highest quality for his clients.

Carmine oversees the Toronto office and is responsible for corporate oversight of the firm.
