Bernhard is a Professional Engineer and has been practicing airport planning and airfield design for 27 years since graduating from the University of Waterloo in 1991. Bernhard has a wealth of experience in management of major airport development projects, international planning and infrastructure assignments, stakeholder/public consultation, CAT II/III airfield design, instrument approach procedure design and implementation, noise exposure forecasting (NEF), airport operations support and TP312 Training.

Bernhard enjoys sharing his aviation experience and his corporate leadership with the team and actively leads our major airport development projects. He is also an aviation enthusiast holding his private and instrument rating and flies his Cessna T206H Stationair for business and leisure.
