Gerard is an Engineer in Training who graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2018. Gerard has spent the majority of his professional career as a Field Engineer on various portions of Hydroelectrical Mega Projects.

Gerard has a thirst for knowledge, a passion for construction industry, and a willingness to go the extra mile when faced with a challenge, which has led him to work from one side of the country to the other.

During his time in the field, he has taken a keen interest in ensuring constructability is in the forefront of devising work plans and schedules for each construction season. Also, he has been adamant on taking the approach of “doing the job right the first time” as rework and revising designs are a costly and timely process. Carrying this into the design and aviation industry, will enable a common-sense and simplified approach to creating designs for various airfield infrastructure and planning.
