Isaac graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2013 and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer.  After being introduced to the aviation sector on a co-op term in 2011, Isaac discovered a passion for airports and aviation. Since then, he has been involved wide variety of projects at over 40 airports across Canada ranging in size from northern and remote aerodromes to regional airports to large international airports.  Isaac’s expertise includes design, surveying, construction inspection, PCO preparation, airfield infrastructure assessments, PAPI harmonization, OLS (Obstacle Limitation Surfaces) surveys and assessments, OLS management implementation and training for airports, preparation of ICAO Type A charts, AZR mapping and preparing visualizations using Google Earth.  Isaac is responsible for project management, design and contract administration for runway, taxiway, and apron infrastructure projects.
